Taylor Stitch Apres Hoodie

Hoodies, like comic books characters, computer nerds, and mechanical watches have come a long way in the past couple of decades. Once relegated to stoners, surfers, and Rocky Balboa types – they’ve slowly become an office staple. The construction and quality of these hoodies, though, have not quite followed suit. Taylor Stitch is fixing that with their Apres Hoodie.

Rather than the usual cotton and polyester blend, this hoodie from the San Francisco-based brand uses a special 9.6-ounce hemp and organic cotton blend with a heavily brushed fleece back. More than just giving the zip-up hoodie a unique finish, the pesticide free material also imbues the sweatshirt with a degree of abrasion-resistance, making it more likely to stick around longer. And because Taylor Stitch has always been a brand to sweat the details, this hoodie also features a YKK antique brass zipper with a leather pull, and two welt pockets with leather triangles for reinforcement. Whether you plan to wear it in the office or out on those early morning surf check’s, it is the hoodie for the job.
