We’ve all seen Tasers before, and now the company behind the law enforcement and self defense weapons have created another self defense tool, the TASER Pulse.

It’s a subcompact weapon that bares the shape of a small pistol for a familiar feel, measuring just 5.25″ x 4.75″ x 1.25″ and weighing just half a pound. Its concealed carry design will allow it to go unnoticed on the user. The high-tech device uses laser assisted targeting to help users take down attackers from up to 15 feet away. It’s non-lethal, but it was immobilize attackers for up to thirty seconds. The device also has a built-in LED flashlight and color contrasting iron sights. What’s more, if it’s left at the scene of a self-defense incident, Taser will replace it free of charge. It’s available now for $400. [Purchase]
