Stumptown Nitro Cold Brew Canned Coffee

If you’re ready to work some different tastes into your coffee repertoire, you need to check out Stumptown Coffee Roasters’ latest newest cold brew creation: Nitro Cold Brew in a can.

Stumptown starts with top-notch coffee, cold brews it without heat for over 12 hours, then uses a double filtration process to finish it off. The end result is said to be a smooth and full-bodied taste with a chocolate finish and plenty of little bubbles cascading over your tongue. Nitro Cold Brew gets canned at Stumptown’s Portland facility with 11-ounce, nitro widget-sporting aluminum cans from Ball cannery in Europe. They’ll run you about $5 per can, and you can look for them in Stumptown cafes, as well as grocery test markets like Southern California Whole Foods stores and New Seasons Markets in Oregon.
