Stone Island & Nike Shoot For Par With Their Golf Capsule

Jul 22, 2019

Category: Gear

Two years ago, Nike and Stone Island came together for a utilitarian outdoor collection. After dazzling the gear world with a slew of technical jackets and peripherals, the companies went on to complete a number of alternative partnerships — and this year, the prolific pair are coming together, once again, for a purposeful golf capsule.

The Stone Island x Nike Golf Capsule will consist of two essential items: a technical, performance-oriented jacket, and a crewneck that boasts the companies’ innovative construction principles. With the contemporary golfer in mind, the inclusion of weather-resistant textiles, adaptive fibers that help to regulate body heat, and a bespoke design terminology that allows for a full range of motion during play, have been brought to the forefront. The collaborative collection arrives just in time for the sport’s 2019 Open Championship, which will take place in Ireland this week. For more information, head to Nike (or Stone Island)’s respective websites.
