Stone Island Updates Its SS020 Ghost Line With New Poliestere Stretch Fabric

Stone Island has a soft spot for militaristic clothing, and if the company’s previous collections are anything to go by, the use of less-than-subtle monochromatism will continue to be a staple among their stylish garments. The same can be said for the company’s updated Spring/Summer 2020 “Ghost Collection,” which blends new fabrics, simplified designs, and high-performance utility to create some quintessential garb.

Inside, you’ll find a gratuitous selection of military-inspired vests, jackets, sweaters, shorts, and pants. But, instead of the brushed cotton nylon canvas material that Stone Island has utilized in a vast majority of its recent gear, the clothing takes on a newly-developed Poliestere Stretch 5L fabric — a double-layered polyester that promotes durability, breathability, and weather-proofing. A layer of PrimaLoft insulation has been included to keep your body temperature regulated while outdoors, with each piece (aside from the short and pant) arriving in a plethora of colors, including Military Green, Black, White, and Blue. Head over to the company’s website — where the collection starts at $360+ — to outfit yourself with some seasonal pieces.

Purchase: $360+
