Star Wars Original Trilogy Triptych Art By Toby Gerber

Let’s face it, Star Wars stuff triggers that feel-good nostalgia vibe in most guys between say, 30 and 50, but the old films aren’t quite as intense to today’s teenagers as they were to us back then. Maybe this raw take on the franchise will wake the kids up. Skulls tend to do that.

Artist and Star Wars buff Toby Gerber’s has put a serious edge on classic characters Darth Vader and Boba Fett, and even a Rebel pilot seems a lot more badass when stripped of his facial skin. Gerber is said to be working on prequel art now, so we’ll see if the skull treatment can somehow coolify Jar Jar. Doubt it.
