E3 2015 has already shown us sneak peaks for a number of enticing titles, but there is nothing that has compared to the gameplay trailer showcased from Star Wars: Battlefront.

The trailer puts a multiplayer game on full display, where Rebels face off against the Empire on the remote ice covered planet of Hoth. The attention to detail is mesmerizing, with Snowspeeders whizzing by, AT-AT Walkers stomping about, and X-Wings battling TIE fighters in the skies above. To dial in these details, the developers at EA Dice took a trip down memory lane, visiting the archives of Lucasfilm and Skywalker Sound to pull models, props and sound effects used from the original trilogy of films. The game will be released on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC on November 17th, and is sure to be hit amongst competitive and casual gamers alike.
