Sriracha Seasoning Sticks

Category: Food

As if the impending warm weather wasn’t already enough to get us craving some good ol’ fashioned afternoon grilling, these Sriracha sticks had to be released thus throwing our taste buds into an all-out frenzy. Huy Fong Foods offers them in conjunction with Sugarmade, and they’re here to give your meat a little extra kick in both spice and overall flavor.

Function-wise, each Sriracha stick serves as a sort of hybrid between a dry rub and a marinade, kind of like a bullion cube for grilling. They’re designed to be skewered directly into the meat, poultry, or fish of your choice, liquefying during the cooking process. The result is a Sriracha-flavored dish that’s marinated from the inside. They’re available in four flavors: Classic, Butter Garlic, Teriyaki, and a mysterious Blend X that has yet to be given a name. Not to worry, though, no matter what flavor you decide upon, that classic sweet chili heat is ever present no matter what. No word on pricing just yet but they’re set to ship this month. Just be sure to sign up first as demand is sure to be high. [Purchase]
