Sprite Portable Rugged Drone
At first blush, hearing that a drone is “portable” sounds kinda redundant. But think about it: can you really toss most drones into your backpack and take off an adventure? Not really.
Sprite seeks to set itself apart from the crowd as “portable, rugged, powerful, and easy to use tool, not a toy.” Its long and narrow shape certainly makes it stand out immediately, with two sets of blades that fold down when not in use. Inside the rugged, water resistant airframe is the well-protected guts of the machine which allow it to travel on fully autonomous autopilot with GPS and inflight telemetry, including a wide range of flight modes like waypoint navigation and “follow me.” Sprite shoots 1080P with a stabilization assist from a 2-axis stabilized gimbal. It has a range of up to four miles and features a push-button interface so you can control it without any extra gadgets. Check out the video below. [Purchase]
