The Cape Town based design studio SAOTA – Stefan Antoni Olmesdahl Truen Architects deliver luxurious dream properties on a continuous basis, and the latest offering from the highly talented team is this Montrose Residence.

Much like the majority of their portfolio, the two story residence was built to the nines, and resides in Cape Town, South Africa.  The home was built on a demolition site of a previous residence, and is covered in polished granite floors throughout the entire dwelling, using absolutely no carpet. Bodies of water, both small and large are also scattered throughout the property adding another touch of luxury living.
