Sound of Power Bust Speakers

Speaker design has come a long way over the past 30 years, and instead of the typical bookshelf, square speakers, there is a plethora of options out there. Now, designer Petro Wodkins has taken speaker design a step further by crafting the world’s first bust speakers made using the busts of Vladimir Putin and Kim Jong-Un.

These speakers feature 4-inch full-range drivers mounted at an angle in Putin and Jong-Un’s head, and it has built-in bass reflex ports. Each bust sits on a wooden stand that doubles as a 20W, Bluetooth-capable amplifier. Not only do they sound great, but they’ll have your guests wondering just what sort of music the rulers listen to. Is Putin getting down to Lady Gaga? Is Jong-Un all about the Hotline Bling? They’re available for $1,175 each, and because of the speaker placement, they can be paired together for a unique stereo setup. [Purchase]
