Snow Peak Vintage Military-Inspired Collection

Daylight saving time is just around the corner, and that means a bunch of outdoor gear brands are getting ready to release new spring and summer collections. The one that has stood out to us the most so far? Snow Peak’s Vintage Military-Inspired Spring/Summer 2018 collection.

This collection honestly looks like the Japanese outdoor brand locked up their clothing designers in a military surplus store for a couple months with nothing but a bunch of scissors and sewing equipment. Though maybe that isn’t fair – because while these garments most definitely draw on vintage military clothing, they feature a clean finish and a number of high-end features. For example; some of the most stand-out pieces are completely fire resistant. Yeah, you read that right. The collection include a jacket, coat, and pair of pants that are engineered to resist hot, dangerous flames. Those pieces, along with many, many more are available now over at Snow Peak’s online store.
