Some of the most popular campsites in the world are next to bodies of water. But, the shores can get a little bit crowded for our liking. That’s why we like SmithFly’s Shoal Tent – this floating shelter takes it to the next level, letting you literally camp out on the water.

With a pole-free construction, the Shoal Tent features a 100% inflatable structure with a floating raft at the base and air-filled tent structure that stands up to high winds without incident. And the 6″ drop-stitched high-pressure floor also doubles as an air mattress. The tent fabric is waterproof, heavy-duty, comes paired with tough #8 zippers, and features fully removable hook and loop sides for quick and easy detachment. The whole rig measures up at 8 by 8 feet with enough height to allow a 6’3″ person to stand inside it comfortably. It also collapses down for easy storage, comes with a pump, and weighs a total of 75 pounds. It sells for $1,499.

Purchase: $1,499
