Sure there are several resorts to choose from in Maldives, but there’s only one resort in the Laamu Atoll. Nestled deep within the Indian Ocean is the stunning Six Senses Laamu Resort.

When you close your eyes and picture paradise, Six Senses is exactly what you’re imagining. This resort includes several different overwater villas, all of which provide panoramic views of the turquoise waters and white sandy beaches surrounding each of the bungalows. For those of you that really have trouble unplugging, there’s flat-screen televisions complete with Bose sound systems and iPod docking stations in each of the villas. Each suite also includes a personal bar, outdoor bathroom, rain shower, and those amazing sunken ocean view all-glass bathtubs. Of course when you’re in paradise, you can also expect top-notch dining options along with a relaxing spa to really unwind.
