If your devious plan to ambush Thor while he’s in line at Chipotle and make off with his hammer is gonna work, you’ll need to make sure you can even handle that mighty tool of his in the first place.

The SISU War Hammer is the perfect way to prepare your arms for the hero heist, as this indestructible training weapon features a seven gauge loadable steel head that can be filled with sand or lead shot and make your triceps much more Thor-like. Its empty weight is 14 pounds, with sand its 20 pounds, and with lead shot is maxes out at 28 pounds. The handle length is 38 inches, while the overall length is 42 inches. The rallying cry, “SISU” (the Finnish word for stubborn determination) is laser-etched on the hammer head to remind you how hard you’re gonna have to go to get that Mjölnir.
