Simpsons Kwik-E-Mart

Everyone’s favorite cartoon family has been on the air for a whopping 29 seasons and they’re making the transition into the real world. It all starts with the beloved character Apu’s convenience store — the real-life Kwik-E-Mart has been erected in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Yes, there’s a Kwik-E-Mart at Universal Studios Hollywood, but the Myrtle Beach store is outside of a theme park and blends in with our world, making it feel far more genuine. The iconic convenience store sells a wide variety of products from the Simpsons world, including Buzz Cola, Heat-Lamp Hot Dogs, Duff Beer, Flaming Moe’s energy drinks, and the delicious pink Lard Lad Donuts. If you’re thirsty, you can even grab a Squishee, which is of course one of Bart’s favorite ways to cool down. You’ll also find some exclusive Simpsons merchandise and other fast-food treats. The Kwik-E-Mart’s doors are open to the public right now and you’ll also be able to catch a Simpsons 4-D Movie later this year at the local Aztec Theater.
