SHOT Virtual Reality Lens for iPhone

Virtual reality is making major strides in 2015, and with more and more VR content becoming widely available, it’s only fair that now you’re able to join in on the content frenzy. That is, if you have the Shot virtual reality lens for iPhone.

It’s a clip-on lens that consists of two ultra-wide angle lenses (one for the front camera and one for the rear) to produce 360-degree photos and 235-degree videos. The output file can be viewed with any virtual reality device such as Google Cardboard (which ships with the Shot). Shot has also created its own accompanying social network, which works like Instagram but for VR photos and short videos. The device is compatible with the iPhone 6 and 6s Plus. It’s available on Kickstarter for an early backer price of $70. If it gets fully funded, it is expected to ship in April 2016. Check out the video below. [Purchase]
