When he wasn’t daydreaming of the day his company would create automotive excellence with the 2011 Fiesta, Henry Ford was probably checking his watch a lot, making sure his auto empire was running on-time.

As part of its Great Americans Series, Shinola is honoring the man with the Henry Ford Pocket Watch, a limited-edition stainless steel timepiece that comes engraved with Ford’s signature. It features a black dial, cream printing and limited edition numbering on the caseback. The 49mm pocket watch comes with a metal chain and leather fob, as well as a wooden stand, leather pouch, leather-bound coffee table collector’s book, and a custom gift box. It runs a cool $1,000, and the set also includes a certificate of authenticity and membership to The Foundry, Shinola’s private club. [Purchase]
