For some, the stock version of Rolls-Royce’s Wraith is enough luxury and power to satiate. However, there are always those outliers that try to push the envelope on style and strength. Call them overachievers, dreamers, or spotlight seekers. Whatever they may be, sometimes such a zealous attitude delivers something beautiful. Such is the case of SPOFEC’s Overdose body kit thrown onto this Rolls-Royce Wraith.
The Overdose is a limited edition widebody design that characterizes its wild appearance and a matching 12-cylinder twin turbo engine that’s tuned to produce the power of 717 horses under the hood. Apart from the power, this Wraith rolls atop a set of 22-inch alloys and features a carbon-ceramic high-performance braking system, since of course you’re going to need a bit of stopping power for this thing. The Overdose also sports an enhanced exhaust system, and puts out 727 lb-ft of torque that helps it accelerate from a standstill to 62 mph in 4.2 seconds, topping out at 155mph. SPOFEC (the Rolls-Royce division of Novitec) plans on producing only eight of these things and, though there’s no word on pricing, we expect them to cost about as much as a starter home.
