This Rolls-Royce Wraith’s Custom Hood Art Took 100+ Hours To Complete

Rolls-Royce has stood at the pinnacle of luxurious coachbuilding for some time, and as we wrap up the year, the brand is showing no signs of relent. Amidst a handful of unique releases in 2020, the Manchester-based outfit has enamored us, once again, with its latest creation — the ‘Inspired By Earth’ Wraith.

Commissioned by the luxury-minded fellows at Rolls-Royce Abu Dabi, this unique, one-of-a-kind model arrives with all of the pleasantries that you’ve come to expect from the brand. The bespoke Wraith brings an articulate “aerial” theme to its Royal Blue finish, representing the 75-percent of the Earth’s surface that’s covered in water. Atop its exterior, a hand-painted, air-brushed representation of the Middle East (including the United Arab Emirates, Red Sea, Arabian Sea, and the Gulf of Oman) can be seen, with each iteration taking over 100 hours to complete. If that’s not enough, the thematic illustration continues inside of the vehicle’s coach. An interior clad in desert-inspired Moccasin leather pairs seamlessly with the platform’s Emerald Green piping, Arctic White ‘RR’ iconography, and rear waterfall feature, which has been artfully crafted through the use of Photoflash technology. We’ve only skimmed the surface of Rolls-Royce’s planet-inspired Wraith, so head to the company’s website for a closer look.
