Ricoh WG-50 Rugged Waterproof Camera
If you are looking to get out into the wild but you don’t want to leave your trusty (but fragile) primary shooter at home, then you are in luck. Ricoh has just announced that they’ll be updating their WG line with the brand new WG-50.
This 16 megapixel waterproof camera is ready out of the box to strike out on the trail with you or dive into the open sea. For easy adjustment of ISO and shutter speed, Ricoh has given the camera a stunning 20 different scene modes – making it easy for you to capture great shots no matter what situation you are in. One of those could very well be photographing while snorkeling – because this beast of a camera can operate up to 45 feet under water. Going out on a hike over some more rough or icy terrain? Don’t worry. The WG-50 is shock proof up 5 feet and can operate in temperatures as cold as 14 degrees Fahrenheit. A trail ready camera if we’ve ever seen one.
