Richard Branson’s Mahali Mzuri Safari Camp in Kenya
Teaming up with Kenyan architecture firm byDesign and interior design firm Real Studios, Richard Branson has opened up the amazing Mahali Mzuri Safari Camp in Kenya.
Safari Camps have seen a surge in popularity as of late, as travelers are looking for ways to connect with the African wildlife and landscape, without interrupting the natural flow of things. The camp is located on the Motorogi Conservancy, and consists of 20 elevated suites that have been designed to look like massive luxury tents. Each tent features massive floor to ceiling open windows that connect to outdoor private patios to really take in the views of the sprawling plains and rolling valleys. The private Safari Camp houses 24 people at any given time, which means the on-site spa and infinity pool will never be too crowded. Of course there are also guided tours offered for those really looking to see the sights.
