Revolights Eclipse Connected Bike Lights

Revolights has made some minor tweaks to their impressive bike light system (which basically turned your wheels into something out of Tron), and the new system takes everything that was great about the first edition of the product and adds some new upgrades.

The Eclipse+, as the new iteration is called, adds Bluetooth connectivity and a Revolights app that brings new features such as turn signals, ride tracking, remote control, weather alerts, achievement tracking, battery status and a time of day sensor (although, admittedly, we have no idea why you would need that last feature). Still, it’s a smarter, better version of its predecessor, and the new product deserves to be commended. And, installation has been streamlined, as all of the cables have been eliminated and it now uses a rechargeable, removable battery. It’s available now starting at $199. [Purchase]
