Giving their popular Type 1 Slim watch a makeover, Ressence collaborated with Laurent Picciotto of Chornopasison created a futuristic, avant-garde timepiece to complement a sharp suit perfectly. Embodying the “less is more” motto, the Ressence Type 1 ZZ Chronopassion Watch is a minimalist masterpiece.

Named after the Flemish term “Zwart Zwart,” which means “black black,” and Picciotto’s rock band ZZ Top, this watch is a work of art. The pristine watch features a Convex German Silver dial with three biaxial satellites in matte dark grey PVD and has engraved indications filled with black paint along with polished black handles. The grade 5 titanium 42mm case is paired with a double-domed anti-reflective sapphire crystal, housing a custom 2892/A caliber movement for precise action. And it has a black barenia strap to complete the sleek, all dark theme. Limited to 20 examples, the ultra-rare Type 1 ZZ Chronopassion is available for $20,700.

Purchase: $20,700
