It seems that not a day goes by without another pair of technical sandals hitting the market, as the utilitarian style continues to be all the rage in menswear for the moment. So, while Reebok’s latest drop isn’t altogether new, per se, it does make for a perfectly timed upgrade to one of the better examples you can buy.
In short, Reebok has taken its veritable Beatnik Sandal and given it an M-65 jacket-inspired, hunter-green quilted upper. Around the rest of the shoe, you’ll find a muted grey midsole, matching grey hardware, as well as a set of black webbing straps over a deep lugged outsole. Complemented by a bright orange tag at the front of the midfoot strap, it makes for an offering that’s as autumnal in materials as it is in aesthetic. That said, if you’re after a lighter colorway, Reebok also sells a chalk, paperwhite, and alabaster option that should do just the ticket. You’ll be able to buy them for $120 starting September 1st.
