It’s part of the company’s attempt to bring in the Paleo Diet and CrossFit community fans, and just get on that ever expanding bacon bandwagon, we suppose. The uncured meat is free of nitrates, sweeteners, and MSG, so it’s a good fit for those looking to focus on unprocessed foods.
