Recycled Sk8 Shades

Earlier this summer the team at Diamond Supply Co. introduced a pair of Recycled Skateboard Sunglasses, and now it looks as though more design companies are jumping on board with the concept.

South Africa based skateboarder Dave De Witt used recycled skateboards to construct a new pair of stylish sunglasses he likes to call “Sk8 Shades.” Over the years, Wayfarers have become one of the most popular style of shades so it comes as no surprise that De Witt utilized this particular shape along with a handful of others.  Each pair of Sk8 Shades sports a different color pattern depending on the type of skateboards that were used for construction.
