The new Range Rover Sentinel is a perfect blend of supreme comfort, all-terrain capability, and protection, serving as a bulletproof vehicle that can also defend against DM51 grenade explosions from both beneath the floor and above the roof.
In fact, it can defend armor piercing incendiary bullets with ease, as well as TNT blasts up to 15kg, thanks to its specially-developed six-piece armored passenger cell, which is made up of incredibly strong steel. The Sentinel has a plethora of addable protection features, including a customer configurable siren system, emergency service lights, an external speaker system and under floor suppression systems. It’s the first luxury armored vehicle to be fully engineered by Land Rover’s Special Vehicle Operations Division, and it’s set to make its debut at the Defence and Security Equipment International Exhibition between September 15-18. The vehicle is priced from $446,800.
