RÆBURN & Timberland Partner On A Sustainable Military Gear Capsule

In an effort to capitalize on the popularity of technical attire, a handful of the fashion industry’s most prestigious companies have been branching into the genre at a breakneck pace. Now, hot on the heels of the company’s most recent collaboration, Timberland has announced that they’ll be joining forces with RÆBURN, the passion project of the brand’s Global Creative Director, Christopher Raeburn, for another transcendental collection.

To kick-off the well-rounded capsule, both Raeburn and Timberland have opted to take an ethically-sourced, and sustainable approach to the manufacture of their FW19 products. A variety of garments — from long sleeves, puffer jackets, hoodies, and an abstract windbreaker, to functional accessories like a 25-liter Sherpa backpack and outdoor-oriented Brooklyn sneaker boot — are constructed with organic cotton, recycled parachute fabrics, and other conscious materials. Throughout the capsule, you’ll find Raeburn’s trademark color-blocking, inverted fleece accents, and subtle branding that’s been implemented to enhance the garments’ visual attributes. Head to Timberland’s website to learn more about the stylish collection, and while you’re there, pick up a piece for $45+.
