Nothing beats the clicking of a typewriter for a writer. It transports you to another time, and helps you get inspired for your next story. QwerkyWriter looks to bring that feeling back with their retro iPad keyboard.

It’s a device that aims to tug on the nostalgia strings by featuring vintage inspired key caps with concave keys and touch support. It’s constructed out of aluminum, and it has an integrated tablet stand that can support a variety of device models. The keyboard has mechanical switches that emulate old keys, and even contains a macro return bar (there’s no word on whether or not it has that satisfying “ding”, though). The device is a perfect way to bring classic design to a new age of writers. It’s available now for $349. [Purchase]
