It wasn’t all too long ago that we all considered hybrids to be goofy novelty cars. Now, every marque worth its weight is turning out all-electric or hybrid automobiles. Porsche included. Introducing the new Porsche Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid Sport Turismo.

This hybrid model combines a 550 HP 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 with a 136 HP electric motor to pump out a grand total of 680 horsepower and 626 lb-ft of torque through its AWD drivetrain. As a result, it can sprint up to 60 miles per hour in just 3.2 seconds and hit a top speed of 192 miles per hour. The electric engine in Porsche’s new flagship also has the ability to travel independent of the petrol engine for up to 30 miles and only takes 3 hours to full charge. And, because everything connects to an app these days, you can keep track of your charge via smartphone or Apple Watch using Porsche Connect. This particular iteration of the Panamera is set to roll onto dealership lots staring Spring of 2018.

Purchase: $188,400
