Alongside the heritage vehicle, Porsche’s iconic design division would also release the similarly-styled 911 Targa 4S Heritage Design Edition timepiece that you see here.
While it might not hold as much sway within the newsworthy space as Porsche’s 911 Targa 4S Heritage vehicle, the watch is equally as stunning, at least from a horological standpoint. Like the car, this unique automotive watch was created in collaboration with Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur and features various elements inspired by the golden age of automotive design. Referencing the speedometer of the company’s legendary 356, the Design Edition watch boasts legible phosphorus green rings and numerals, Bordeaux straps, and golden accents, working alongside its sleek titanium case and WERK 01.100 movement to create something inherently vintage, yet fit for everyday wear. However, to acquire the $14,000 Fuchs-inspired variant, you’ll have to check off a few boxes for Porsche — including, but not limited to, ownership of the $180,600 911 Targa Heritage 4S.
