Porsche 618 Electric Motorcycle Concept

Although in 2002 they partnered with Harley-Davidson to develop the engine for the “V-Rod” motorcycle, Porsche has never put out a bike themselves. For most people, that’s probably all well and good because their cars are already so special. We, however, would like to see what they could cook up. We imagine it might look something like this 618 concept by industrial designer Miguel Angel Bahri.

With inspiration taken from the 911 turbo, 917, 918 & 919, this sleek and futuristic bike embodies everything Porsche beautifully. And it isn’t just external design that Bahri had in mind when developing it; he envisioned that it would also include full smartphone integration, Le Mans style doors that open to a luggage compartment, a high strength magnesium frame, an over 20KwH battery pack, and a 288mm engine capable of over 120Kw of power output. Honestly, this gorgeous design is so well thought out that all Porsche would really have to do is build it. Bravo.
