“Artisan” is a not a word one thinks of when the topic of ping pong comes up, but the guys at Polite Table Tennis Co. absolutely injected the sport with some savoir faire via their handmade tables.

Forget the standard plastic and particle board combo, these tables use select pieces of aged wood, like 100-year-old oak, baltic birch, and reclaimed fir, while heavy gauge raw steel helps hold it all together. For the Model 1 Table, table top options include carbon fiber, aluminum or eco-friendly bamboo composite. Model 1 has a leather and canvas net, while Model 2 has a wooden plank in the middle of it where the net would be. Both models come with balls and a pair of cork and walnut rackets. [Purchase]
