Pokemon Go Mobile Game

Sep 17, 2015

Category: Tech

For the first time in the franchise’s history, Pokemon is heading to a smartphone near you in an all-new game developed for both Android and iOS in the form of Pokemon Go.

Pokemon Go will play similarly to Ingress, which tasks players with traveling to specific locations in order to play the game. The game will unlock new Pokemon for players as they travel to certain locations around in the real world. Along with the upcoming game, the Pokemon Company will release the PokeGo Plus watch, which will vibrate whenever you’re near a Pokemon that is ready to be captured or a fellow player that is ready to do battle. No price has been set for the PokeGo Plus, but the game will be free, but will include optional in-app purchases.
