Pizzeria Pronto Stovetop Pizza Oven
Pizza ovens are big and expensive, so it’s not typical to be able to put one in your home kitchen. The Pizzeria Pronto Stovetop Pizza Oven sets out to allow you to cook delicious pizza quickly at 600 degrees F.
With the device, you can cook a pizza in six minutes using your stovetop’s gas burner. It has a steel base and hood, and it uses two cordierite baking stones that are used to absorb and even out the heat. Its vented hoot allows steam and moisture to escape, ensuring that your pizza isn’t soggy, and the crust is crispy. It creates up to 12-inch pizzas. To cook your pizza, you simply slide the pizza in, close the door for three minutes, rotate the pizza 180 degrees, and then cook the pizza for another three minutes. It’s no bigger than a standard slow cooker. The device is available for $162. [Purchase]
