No, that’s not a typo in the title. There is a man from Australia who actually trained to ride his petrol-powered dirt bike on the waves of the Pacific.

That man is motorbike stunt rider Robbie Maddison, and after countless hours of training, the DC rider is ready to show off this amazing motocross surfing to the world in a short feature he calls ‘Pipe Dream.’ It took Maddison over 2 years of training to complete the nearly impossible feat, and thankfully he was kind enough to capture some of the training in the video as well (courtesy of Red Bull). In addition to some practice runs, the nearly 4 minute video also shows the adventure junkie shredding the iconic waves of Tahiti. You literally have to see it to believe it.
