Pat’s Backcountry Beverages: Beer Concentrate Packets

We love camping as much as any other guy out there, but we’ve always dreamed of being able to enjoy a few nice cold beers during our outdoor excursions. Pat’s Backcountry Beverages has finally made this possible with their water-activated beer concentrate packets.

When hitting the great outdoors, you have to pack light, bringing only the essentials. You can only bring what can fit on your back, and with all your camping/hiking gear, it makes fitting that 6 pack a bit difficult. Pat’s innovative beer concentrate works in conjunction with their Pat’s Backcountry Beverages Carbonator (the size of a standard water bottle), and allows outdoorsmen the ability to create a 16 ounce brew in a matter of minutes, just by simply adding water. This is real deal beer, made from barley, water, hops and yeast, creating a 5% ABV brew once concocted. Pat plans on launching two different flavors in September (Pail Rail and Black IPA),  which will sell for about $10 for a four pack.
