Pashley-Morgan Handcrafted Bicycles
Morgan has made its name producing urbane British sports cars with a vintage veneer. Now, 80 years into their existence, they’re shifting gears and we’re reaping the rewards. In collaboration with bike-maker Pashley, Morgan has created two exquisite retro bikes called the Morgan 8 and Morgan 3 that honor Morgan’s bountiful history in carmaking.
The two hand-built bikes pay homage to Morgan’s racing legacy. The Morgan 8’s Dove Grey and the British Racing Green of the Morgan 3 both reference traditional racing liveries worn by Morgan cars. The model 8 also features hand-stitched black leather grips, along with aluminum end caps based on Morgan switchgears. The model 3 features honey leather grips and a three-ratio gear hub, as opposed to the model 8’s eight-ratio. The tubular frames of both bikes are elegant and slim for a smooth and fast ride, just like the cars from which they take their inspiration.
