The true beer connoisseur will almost always have an idea of what color the actual beer is inside the darkened bottle or opaque can he’s about to open, but what about the casual drinker?

Spanish designer Txaber has created a host of concept cans and bottles that match the color of the tasty beverage inside, with its corresponding Pantone code revealed as well, in case you want to buy a suit in porter (1817 C). There’s the yellow hue of pale ale, the golden tone of lager, the burnt orange of golden ale, and many more, all the way up to the dark Darth Vader-esque imperial stout. The font on the labels is HipstelveticaFontFamily Bold, a free font designed by José Gomes.
