Designer Jon Wye shared the same love affair with breakfast that we do, and decided to tackle this issue head on. The end result is a gently sloped plate that collects the excess syrup in a small reservoir. If there’s not enough syrup on the actual cakes, simply dip them into the reservoir. Problem solved.
