Panasonic Lumix DMC-GF7
If you’re really looking to step your selfie game up in 2015, you’re gonna have to ditch the camera phone in favor of something…a bit more capable. The Panasonic Lumix DMC-GF7 has everything you’d need in a capable shooter, but also offers up some self-portrait features that are sure to get Instagram fiends in a flurry.
Leading the selfie evolution, Panasonic has outfitted this mirrorless camera with a 3-inch touchscreen LCD that tilts up to 180 degrees so you can see exactly what you’re capturing. It also features what the brand is calling SelfShot Mode, giving users the ability to snap face-focused shots by doing nothing more than waving their hands at the camera. Of course the Lumix GF7 also comes with a 16 megapixel Digital Live MOS sensor, burst shooting at 5.8 FPS, built-in WiFi to instantly send your photos to any connected device, and full HD video recording complete with Dolby Digital audio. The GF7 will sell in several different colors (black, brown, pink, orange), all of which come with a high quality leather grip. The camera will hit the retail scene in March with a price of $599.
