Oru Kayak Haven Tandem Folding Kayak

Oct 7, 2018

Category: Gear

Oru Kayak currently offers three single-person kayak models: the Beach LT, the Bay ST, and the Coast XT. They’re all foldable and can collapse down to the size of a small tote bag. Now, they’re planning to release their biggest product yet – literally. The Oru Kayak Tandem Foldable Kayak promises to be the perfect companion for the dynamic kayaking duo, and the company’s first ever collapsible two-seater kayak.

Oru’s tandem foldable kayak is called “the Haven,” and though it isn’t out yet, the kayaking community will certainly be clamoring to get their hands on one of these. A pre-Indiegogo launch information campaign hosted by Oru will keep you informed and let you be among the first to gain access to an exclusive “early-bird” deal on the Haven (though we can’t tell you what the price will be yet, it’s likely going to be around $2,500). That should be sometime close to September – so until that time comes, keep your ear to the grindstone.
