OHVALE is a boutique motorcycle brand specializing in mini GP bikes that are used by kids and as training tools for some of the world’s top MotoGP and WSBK riders — including none other than the Doctor himself, nine-time world champion, Valentino Rossi. And OHVALE is now celebrating its ties to motorcycling’s GOAT with a special upgraded PETRONAS Yamaha Sepang Racing Team (SRT) edition of the mini marque’s GP-0 model.
Wearing carbon fiber bodywork adorned in a replica livery of Rossi’s PETRONAS Yamaha SRT YZR-M1 MotoGP mount, the special-edition GP-0 is brimming with top-of-the-line componentry and features race wheels shod in 10” Pirelli Diablo SBK tires, Alex Design aerodynamic winglets, a fully adjustable Mupo fork, an Ohlins mono-shock, J.Juan brakes, an Alfano T6 race display, and a slew of Italian-made black-anodized billet components including the rear-sets. Housed in a reinforced chassis that can better accommodate adult riders, the mini GP bike is kicked along by an OHVALE-spec 160cc engine equipped with a PHBH 28 Dell’Orto carb inhaling through a waterproof Sprint PO37 air filter, an EVR slipper clutch, and a specially-made under-tail Arrow exhaust. The special edition model is also sold with an included Kurabike stand, race carpet, a bespoke 3D Beta tool kit, and specially-branded tire warmers. Priced at approximately $11,700, the OHVALE GP-0 PETRONAS Yamaha SRT Edition will be limited to just 46 units — a nod to Valentino Rossi’s iconic race number — and is scheduled for a release in September.
