We knew it was only a matter of time before Oakley decided to update their popular Airwave Goggles. With the winter season right around the corner, what better time to debut their Oakley Airwave 1.5 Snow Goggles?

Improving upon last year’s model, the Airwave 1.5 features increased battery life (~30%), improved processor, enhanced widescreen graphics thanks to prism technology, and a whole lot more. Our favorite aspect to the 1.5 is the Mod Live system, which allows you to do everything from measuring your jump analytics and distance traveled to answering calls and listening to music, all while being able to keep your eyes on the slopes ahead. The built-in GPS system is useful for resort map navigation, and you can even locate friends on the mountain, so long as they are using the Airwave app or Airwave 1.5 Snow Goggles. [Purchase]
