The electric vehicle world is accelerating at the speed of light and the off-road toy market has not been left out of the fun. Nikola Motors of Salt lake City has been developing a fully electric UTV and 2018 will be the year that their NZ1 is finally delivered.

Touted as being the most advanced electric utility vehicle on the market, the NZ1 is packed full of features that make it ready to shred in any terrain. A robust tubular steel roll cage and chassis are the backbone of the build and Fox 3.0 internal bypass shocks provide 20-inches of cushy travel for all four wheels, the longest suspension travel in the category. Batteries are available in three sizes to provide up to 150 miles of range and 400 volt AC motors drive each wheel for a total power output of 590 hp, blasting the NZ1 from 0-60 in 3.5 seconds.
