There are a lot of running shoes out there built specifically to make you faster and/or give you the ability to go further, but few (if any) of them were created to keep you healthy over the course of many runs. Thankfully, Nike has eliminated that gap with its innovative ZoomX Invincible Run sneakers.
As we’ve come to expect from the gargantuan athletic brand, these sneakers are perfectly suited to running fast and going for long distances, but they’re also specially-suited to the prevention of injury. That starts with a cushiony ZoomX foam midsole that returns more energy than literally any other Nike foam. It also boasts a rocker geometry with “wider nets in the forefoot” for increased stability and stride fluidity — making the overall shoe perfect for high-mileage runs. The end result is a solid training shoe that will keep you safer as you run, jog sprint, etc. Nike’s ZoomX Invincible Run releases January 7th globally, though no price has been unveiled.
