If you are heading out for more than a few hours during the spring or fall, it is pretty rare that the jacket you put on before you leave is the one you’ll want to wear later on in the day. Temperatures change from cool to warm and back to cool again a little faster – so why shouldn’t your jacket? Nike’s Transform Jacket is the perfect fix for just those situations.

A fleece liner with a water and windproof outer shell, this slim-cut jacket is built to keep you warm and dry without overheating. Nike pulled out all the stops on the outer shell, using bonded seams, a waterproof finish, and inseams constructed with their lightweight and strong Flywire technology. If the rain isn’t pouring down, however, you can easily retract the shell and place it in the fleece layer’s back pocket. This two-in-one jacket can be scooped up for $350. [Purchase]
