Nike SFB Field 15cm Boots

The Nike Special Field Boots division has been dropping some solid silhouettes to kick off the new year including one of our personal favorites – the Nike SFB Mountain. And now the Swoosh looks to add another one to the lineup in the Nike SFB Field 15cm Boot.

Essentially a new version of the original SFB 6-inch, this tactical boot is a hat tip to Nike co-founder Biller Bowerman’s military service in the Army. As part of the 10th Mountain Division during World War II, Bowerman received a Silver Star and four Bronze Stars before being honorably discharged in 1945. The high top boots sport an upper constructed from durable waxed canvas paired with premium leather overlays in Cargo Khaki and Military Brown. On the bottom end a Phylon midsole mated to a rugged rubber outside and lightweight Dynamic Support stability round things out. [Purchase]
