If you’re gonna pull of an Air-to-Fakie, followed by a Stalefish, and close it out with a Bloody Dracula (all real snowboarding moves, btw), you can’t do it in ratty jean shorts and a sleeveless T-shirt. Nike knows this, and the Nike SB Competition Kit is all about outfitting skiers and snowboarders with the latest in technologically-advanced clothing that’s both lightweight and warm.

The new line is made up of a jacket, shirt, hoodie, pants and mitts, and the color scheme is jet-black with neon highlights. The Nike 3L Shell Jacket, for example, features a stretch insert back body panel and reduced seam panels allowing for a full range of upper-body motion. The jacket also includes water-repellent vislon zippers, zoned venting and a stretch powder skirt that protects wearers from the elements. You can see the gear on display at the Winter Olympics right now, as athletes from Norway, Switzerland, and Japan are all outfitted in the Nike SB Competition Kit.
